How to start your project
• Once payment is received, we will email you with a questionnaire to gather all necessary information (colors, font style, etc.)
• When the completed questionnaire is returned, we will start working on design concepts.
• Within 4-6 business days from scheduled project starting date you will receive the logo concepts via email
• The client revises the concept and provides his feedback.
• We begin designing other collateral materials with the chosen logo concept.
• Once all items are approved and the client is satisfied with the final product, files will be sent via email in formats listed above.
Payment
• Payment is required prior to starting work on the design.
• Payment in full is due within two business days after a commitment to purchase.
